This dealership was awesome! I felt no-pressure, didn't feel rushed. The staff was very truthful, unlike the dealership across the street (very shady). They listened to me and my wants. I believe the key to a successful business is to listen more and talk less. The entire process was quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy. Throughout the inquiries and questions I had, I received quick and clear communication. There were no games played with me or my money. Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). The sales person we worked with was a professional and polite salesperson, I couldn't ask for more. McAllen Motorcars is very attentive to customer's needs, I experienced it first hand. We ended up leaving fairly late but the staff stayed with me through out and I didn't feel any frustrated vibes whatsoever. I live in Houston, Tx i was searching for a truck on Craigslist and I had seen my dream truck on there. I contacted the dealership and spoke directly with Santos the owner of McAllen Motor cars in McAllen, Tx. (6 hours away) I knew this was the truck i was searching for. I immediately was able to put a hold on the vehicle until I was able to drive down there 5 days from then and test drive it. Long story short, Santos and his staff are very trustworthy, honest people. He kept his word and held the truck for me, the truck was in better condition than I would imagine a 13 year old truck would be in. He was very professional and not pushy like other dealerships. I would definitely recommend buying from Santos and his staff!
